~' ,. <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 049 (2969/2970) <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY ADOPTION <br />COMPANY FOR WEEKLY LITTER CLEANUP OF HIGHWAY 880 BETWEEN <br />OAKLAND BORDER AND HIGHWAY 238 INCLUDING THE CLOVERLEAFS. <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and California Highway Adoption <br />Company, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to the City Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this 3rd <br />day of March, 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None <br />( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, CITY CLERK <br />
