That on or about the 17th day of May 1999, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter <br />into a certain contract with CEITRONICS, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To <br />wit, SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, <br />RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION, PROJECT NO. 98-215-28-115, PACKAGE 15, <br />COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, of which said City is owner. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Reliance Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 6th day of January 2003. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the San Leandro <br />Community Library Center Seismic Retrofit, Renovation, and Expansion project is that of fee <br />simple title in certain land designated as 300 Estudillo Avenue, as well as ownership of <br />improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
