said hearing by any person having any interest in any land upon which saidright-of--way lines are <br />proposed to be established. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published once in the official <br />newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication shall be not less than ten days prior to <br />the date of hearing. <br />Copies of this resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the street or streets in front <br />of each block where such right-of--way lines are proposed to be established at least ten days <br />before the date of hearing.
