O1-230-38-221 <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: American Motorists Insurance Company. <br />That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 21st day of January 2003. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ADVANCED TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL Si'S'I'EM, PHASE III AND ~IV, SAN LEANDRO BOULE~JARD AY~D MARINA <br />BOULEVARD SIGNAL INTERCONNECT AND CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV), <br />HESPERIAN BOULEVARD SIGNAL INTERCONNECT AND CCTV, BANCROFT AVENUE <br />SIGNAL INTERCONNECT AND CCTV, PROJECT NO.
