Exhibit "A" <br />Schedule of Administrative Penalties for Violations of the San Leandro Municipal Code' <br /> All Violations Of Chapter 6-6 $100.00 $200.00 <br /> All Other Violations Of Chapter 6 $82.00 $164.00 <br /> All Violations Of Chapter 7 $100.00 $200.00 <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to violate <br /> any provision or fail to comply with any of the <br /> requirements of this Code (San Leandro <br />5-2908 SLZC Zonin Code $200.00 $400.00 <br /> o er co es, perms s or agreemen <br />Miscellaneous violation(s) not s ecifically listed $100.00 $200.00 <br /> A fee not exceeding five hundred dollars for a <br /> third or more violation of the same code, <br />Subse uent Violation permit or a reement within a 12 month period. $500.00 $1,000.00 <br /> ~ The fines specified in this Schedule are "not <br /> to exceed" maximums; imposed upon each <br /> violation. A separate offense is deemed <br /> committed each day or portion thereof on <br /> which a violation occurs or continues. In <br /> determining the actual amount of any daily or <br /> per violation Penalty to be levied against a <br /> Responsible Party, the Enforcement Officer <br /> may take the following factors into <br /> consideration: <br /> 1. The duration of the violation; <br /> 2. The frequency, re-occurrence, or number <br /> of violations committed; <br /> 3. The seriousness of the violation; <br /> 4. The justification, if any, for the existence, or <br /> continuance, of the violation; <br /> 5. The good faith efforts of the Responsible <br /> Party to mitigate the violation or to come into <br /> compliance; <br /> 6. The impact of the violation on the <br /> community; <br /> 7. The economic impact of the proposed <br /> penalty or fine on the Responsible Party; and <br /> 8.
