Description of Neptune Drive Vacation <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of the <br />lands described in the deed from J. C. Faustino to Oakland Scavenger Company, a corporation, recorded <br />March 26, 1937 in Book 3444 at Page 413, Official Records of Alameda County, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the city monument in Davis Street at the intersection with Neptune Drive, from which a city <br />monument at the intersection of Davis Street with Doolittle Drive lies North 69°35'18" East 1547.26 feet; and <br />which from said Point of Commencement a city monument in Davis Street lies South 69°35'18" West 457.01 <br />feet; said monument line of Davis Street, having bearing North 69°35'18„ East and length 2004.27 feet <br />monument to monument, is the Basis of Bearings for this description. <br />Thence northeasterly along said monument line, North 69°35'18" East 112.75 feet to the intersection with <br />the northwesterly prolongation of the northeasterly line of said parcel from Faustino to Oakland Scavenger <br />Company (Book 3444 Page 413 O.R.); thence southeasterly along the last said prolongation and along said <br />northeasterly line, South 20°30'00" East 45.00 feet to the most easterly comer of the parcel described in the <br />grant deed from Oakland Scavenger Company, Inc., a corporation, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation, recorded January 13, 198'1 as Series Number 81-006085, Official Records of Alameda County, <br />which deed was recorded together with that certain document entitled "City of San Leandro Standard Public <br />Improvement Agreement, Westerly Terminus of Davis Street"; thence along the southeasterly line of Davis <br />Street, which ties southeasterly 45.OD feet from the monument line, measured at right angles, South <br />69°35'18" West 40.33 feet to a point described as the True Point of Beginning of Parcel 3 in the grant deed <br />from Oakland Scavenger Company, Inc., a corporation, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, <br />recorded December 7, 1982 as Series Number 82-185864, Official Records of Alameda County; the last <br />said point being the True Point of Beginning for this description. <br />Thence departing the southeasterly line of Davis Street, along the boundary of said Parcel 3 of Series <br />Number 82-185864, the following six (6) courses: <br />1. along a tangent curve to the left, having radius 40.00 feet, through a central angle of 88°17'10", an arc <br />distance of 61.64 feet; <br />2. thence South 18°41'52" East 195.59 feet; <br />3. thence along a tangent cuNe to the right, having radius 1500.00 feet, through a central angle of <br />2°51'45", an arc distance of 74.94 feet; <br />4. thence South 15°50'07" East 100.42 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of said parcel from Faustino <br />to Oakland Scavenger Company (Book 3444 Page 413 O.P,.); <br />5. thence along said southeasterly line, South 69°26'05" West 73.15 feet; <br />6. thence departing said southeasterly line, North 18°41'52" West 368.39 feet to a corner of said Parcel 1 <br />(Series Number 81-DD6085). <br />Thence along the boundary of said Parcel 1 (Series Number 81-OD6085), along a tangent curve to the left, <br />having radius 40.00 feet, through a central angle of 91°42'50", an arc length of 64.03 feet to a point on said <br />southeasterly line of Davis Street; thence North 69°35'18" East 160.67 feet to the True Point of Beginning. <br />Containing 32,963 square feet, more or less. ~ ~ ~aND ~ <br />~~~~' D.
