IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 076 (2976) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />CALLANDER ASSOCIATES, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, INC., <br />RELATING TO THE MCCARTNEY PARK RENOVATION PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NOS. 210-69-198, 210-69-199 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Callander Associates, Landscape <br />Architecture, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos <br />this 17th day of March 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />and passed and adopted <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Council Member Nardine <br />( 6 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />( 1 ) <br />Attest: ~ 1~~,~ <br />Marian Handa, City Cleric <br />
