Any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of the undergrounding may appear before said Council and show cause why the establishment of said undergrounding should not be ordered. Objections to the establishment of the proposed undergrounding may be filed in writing with the City Clerk at any time not later than the hour set for said hearing by any person having any interest in any land upon which said undergrounding is proposed to be established. Notice of Exemption is being reviewed and will be filed by the Development Services Department. The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution to be published once a week for at least two successive weeks prior to the date of public hearing stated herein. The first publication shall be no later than March. 24, 2003. Said Resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the street or easement proposed to be undergrounded at least two weeks before the date set for hearing. Such Resolution shall be posted not more than three hundred (300) feet apart, but at least three (3) shall be posted.
