F IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2003-093 (2874/2979/2980) RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF POLES, OVERHEAD WIRES AND ASSOCIATED OVERHEAD STRUCTURES FROM PORTIONS OF WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE AND ABUTTING PROPERTIES, INCLUDING INTERSECTING STREETS Recitals Pursuant to a resolution of this Council and notice duly given, a public hearing on the matter of removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures from the hereinafter described areas was regularly held on Apri17, 2003. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That this Council hereby determines that such removal will avoid an unusually heavy concentration of overhead distribution facilities, that the streets in the hereinafter described areas are extensively used by the general public and carry a heavy volume of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and be it further RESOLVED, THAT THIS Council hereby determines that the public necessity, health and safety require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, cable, or similar associated service, in the following areas: A. West Estudillo Avenue from Hays Street to San Leandro Boulevard; B. Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-0039-006-06, 75-0036-047-04, 75-0019-001-01, 75-0019-001-02, 75-0019-002, 075-0019-003, 75-0019-016, 75-0019-005, 75- 0014-001, 75-0014-002, 75-0014-003, 75-0014-004, 75-0014-005-03, 75-0016- 015, 75-0016-014, and 75-0016-013 inclusive; and be it further
