The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative <br />Code (SLAG) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Descri tion Current Fee Reference Pro osed 2003-04 Fees <br />- Group Eligibility B: .San Leandro non-profit organizations with ten or more <br />members of whom at least 50% are San Leandro residents. <br />(Non-profit fundraising events will be charged for actual <br />operating costs, including staffing, utilities and security). <br />- Group Eligibility C: Non-San Leandro Non-profit organizations which serve San <br />Leandro residents. (iJse ofhigh-demand facilities limited to <br />twice per year. Fundraising events will be charged for actual <br />operating costs, including staffing, utilities, and security.) <br />
