IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-102 (1022) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT (RPP) <br />AREA ON MCKINLEY COURT <br />WHEREAS, to address residents' concern regarding non-resident long-term parking in <br />neighborhood streets, staff presented a proposed Residential Parking Permit Program for <br />Planning Commission and City Council review and approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have approved and adopted the <br />Residential Parking Permit Program and its guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and supported a designation of a <br />Residential Parking Permit area based on staff s evaluation and recommendation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That McKinley Court be designated as a Residential Parking Permit area--permit <br />parking only. <br />2. That the Residential Parking Permit fees shall become effective commencing <br />upon issuance of the permit(s). <br />Introduced by Council Member Badger and passed and adopted <br />this 7th day of Apri12003, by the following called vote: <br />
