IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 105 (2956) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />TJKM TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANTS, RELATING TO THE <br />WESTGATE PARKWAY EXTENSION TO WILLIAMS STREET PROJECT, <br />ACTIA PROJECT NO. 18, CITY PROJECT NO. 03-144-39-003 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and TJKM Transportation Consultants, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted <br />this 21st day of April 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council <br />AYES <br />NOES: <br />Gouncil Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />None <br />ABSENT: None <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />Attest: ~~~~~,~.~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
