IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 108 (2986) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />EXTRATEAM FOR THE MIGRATION OF THE CITYWIDE NETWORK ENVIRONMENT <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, asole-source Agreement between the City of San Leandro and ExtraTeam, a <br />copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, The Council is familiar with the contents thereof and finds: <br />L Information Services does not have the technical expertise or the resources to implement the <br />tasks identified in the Agreement. <br />2. Project delays would increase risk and costs. <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />RESOLVED: That said sole-source Agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted this <br />21 st day of April, 2003 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young ~ ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
