IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -114 (122 I ) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 12, CHAPTER 5 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES, CHARGES AND CLASSIFICATIONS OF <br />USERS FOR SEWER SERVICES PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNIFORM <br />WASTEWATER DISCHARGE REGULATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That Title 12, Chapter 5 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitled <br />"Uniform Wastewater Discharge Regulations, is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2.
