IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2003-117 (2857) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />ARNERICH MASSENA AND ASSOCIATES RELATING TO THE OVERALL DEFERRED <br />COMPENSATION PLAN STRUCTURE FOR THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND AN <br />ANALYSIS OF CURRENT INVESTMENT OPTIONS <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Arnerich Massena and Associates, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 19th day of May, 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (~) <br />ABSENT: None (~) <br />ATTEST: r'~~' t,,w v~C~V1 ~, <br />MARIAN HANDA, City Clerk <br />H:ACiry C]erk~.AgendaPrep~Resolution-Ordinance Forms Rev. 05/19/03 <br />
