IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 121 (2913) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION Il~ZPROVEMENT WORK <br />(PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS)-FOR TRACT 7293, NORTHWEST CORNER OF <br />WASHINGTON AVENUE AND CASTRO STREET, <br />DEVELOPER VVESTCO COMMUNITY BUILDERS, INC. <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements} between the <br />City of San Leandro and Westco Community Builders, Inc., a California corporation, <br />(Subdivider) dated January 22, 2002, and associated pla~ls identified as Tract 7293, certain <br />subdivision improvement work has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
