SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />Article L Article L TITLE 12 PUBLIC WORKS <br />Chapter 8 STREET TREE POLICY AND PROCEDURE <br />$ 12.8.126 ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY. <br />In order to provide for a sustainable urban forest within San Leandro neighborhoods, street trees <br />within identified neighborhoods, which may have grown beyond the public right-of--way, may <br />require maintenance by the City.
