IN THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2003 -133 (2310) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL, <br />APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WITH CALIFORNIA CONSERVATORY THEATER OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR THE USE OF SPACE LOCATED IN THE CIVIC CENTER SOUTH OFFICES <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and California Conservatory <br />Theater of San Leandro has been presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof and the City Manager <br />recommends approval of the agreement <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby approves the <br />attached Lease Agreement and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any <br />amendments necessary during the term. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this <br />16th day of June, 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Attest: ~G.M ~~~ <br />Marian Hands, City Clerk <br />( 7 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />G:\DEPTloffice of $usiness Development\City Real Estate\CC11Reso.doc <br />
