Project Alternatives. Programming, feasibility, and budget constraints shall also be <br />addressed for each Project Alternative. <br />For the undergrounding of the overhead utilities, the report shall: <br />• Define all utility companies involved <br />• Define the size and quantity of conduits each utility company desires <br />• Define preferred position of utility undergrounding trench (within sidewalk or in <br />street) <br />• Define the typical section of the utility undergrounding trench <br />• Established preliminary estimate of probable construction cost <br />• Establish the schedule by which the utility companies will commit to funding and <br />approving their portion of the facility <br />• Establish priority for vault position. <br />• Define service delivery points (specific, not general) <br />• Define vault cover pan lids/architectural vault cover concepts <br />• Develop details/considerations for interim services <br />• Develop strategies for construction staging <br />• Develop strategies for operation staging <br />For street reconstruction and utility undergrounding, this report shall include the <br />following drawings. Separate alternative versions of these drawings shall be provided as <br />necessary to reflect requirements of the three Project Alternatives developed (Utility <br />undergounding located in street or in sidewalk, etc.): <br />C-1 Typical Sections <br />C-3 Layout & Profile (1" = 20'H,1"=4'V)-West Estudillo Ave (Includes <br />Storm Drainage) <br />C-4 Layout & Profile (1" = 20'H,1"=4'V)-West Estudillo Ave (Includes <br />Storm Drainage) <br />U-1 Utility Undergrounding/Street Lighting Layout-West Estudillo Ave <br />U-2 Utility Undergrounding/Street Lighting Layout-West Estudillo Ave <br />Deliverable: Ten (10) copies of report. <br />3.4 Comment Response Report <br />Contractor shall meet with City, review draft response to comments, and prepare a letter <br />report that will be a compilation of all agency comments with responses cited <br />immediately below each comment. Issue report two weeks after meeting. <br />3.5 Coordination Meetings <br />Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of five (5) meetings with City staff. <br />Contractor shall coordinate and meet with Design Team. <br />3.6 Public Meetings <br />Contractor shall prepare presentation material and attend four (4) speciaUpublic meetings. <br />Present Design Report and Schematic Design.
