Where a contractor communicates with customers, clients, and other <br />members of a public by telephone, telecommunication devices for deaf <br />persons (TDD's) ar equally effective communication systems shall be <br />used. <br />3. A contractor who receives Federal assistance as part of the CDBG <br />program shall adopt and implement procedures to ensure that interested <br />persons (including persons with impaired vision or hearing) can obtain <br />information concerning the existence and location of accessible services, <br />activities and facilities. <br />4.
