IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-17 6 (2 9 2 9 ) <br />RESOLUTION OF AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT TO SILVERADO CONTRACTORS, <br />INC. RELATING TO THE BLUE DOLPHIN DEMOLITION, PROJECT NO. 02-597-57-117 <br />Recitals <br />An amendment to a contract between the City of San Leandro and Silverado Contractors, <br />Inc. ,has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said contract amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said contract amendment is hereby approved, thereby increasing the amount of the <br />contract by 29%, from an original contract amount of $162,4p0.00 to a revised amount of <br />$208,979.37. <br />Introduced by Council Member G 1 a z e and passed and adopted <br />this 21st day of July 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, <br />Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0 ) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />Attest: ~ ~'~- <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
