IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 17 7 (2 9 9 9 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT WITH BELLECCI & ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING TO <br />I-880/WASHINGTON AVENUE INTERCHANGE IlVIPROVEMENTS, <br />PROJECT NO. 144-39-007, ACTIA PROJECT NO. 11 <br />Recitals <br />A supplement to an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Bellecci & <br />Associates, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Gity Manager has recommended approval of said amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said supplement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member G 1 a z e and passed and adopted <br />this 21s~ day of July 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, <br />Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0 ) <br />ABSENT: None (o) <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
