IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2003- 18 2 (2 3 2 3 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />COLLABORATIVE DESIGN ARCHITECTS, INC. RELATING TO THE NEW BOOKSTORE <br />AND RETAIL AREA IN THE MAIN LIBRARY, PROJECT N0.210-38-225 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Collaborative Design Architects, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member S t e p h e n s and passed and adopted <br />this 21St day of July 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />p,~S; Councilmembers Badger, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(4) <br />NOES: Councilmember Grant (1) <br />ABSENT: None (o) <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmembers Glaze, Nardine (2) <br />Attest: ~1 `f~(~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
