'~ASIK 3 -Prepare IvIitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Contractor will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MIVIRP) in accordance <br />with Public Resources Code Section 21081.6. The elements of this program are expected to be <br />similar to those identified for prior removal episodes, although there have been some changes in <br />circumstances applicable to the project (e.g. Heron Bay development now in place). <br />Contractor will review and comment on draft construction documents prepared by the City to <br />insure their consistency with mitigation and/or permit requirements. Contractor will also <br />specifically assist the City in determining appropriate final elevations and habitat island <br />configurations within the DMMS to assure that sediments requiring off-haul are kept to a <br />minimum while still meeting all. regulatory requirements. <br />TASK ~ -Obtain Regulatory Approvals <br />Contractor will assist the City in obtaining the required permits and approvals from the resource <br />regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br />Service, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, California Department of Fish and <br />Game, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and State Lands Commission. <br />Contractual Services Agreement Page G of 15 <br />Revised 5-OZ 2003-2004 DMMS llredged Material Remova] and Disposal Project No. 597-57-004 <br />
