That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. <br />That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 2nd day of September 2003. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the DAMS STREET AND <br />MARINA BOULEVARD SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 01-593-52-115 <br />is that of easement in certain land designated as various portions of Davis Street and public right-of--way <br />in certain land designated as various portions of Marina Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements <br />thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
