IN THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 19 6 (D - 211 / 14 8 5 ) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO CONVEY PROPERTY AND <br />TO DELIVER PROCEEDS FROM FUTURE DISPOSITION <br />WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR 1016 DAMS STREET AND 1040 DAMS STREET <br />(APNS: 075-0148-005-00 AND 075-0148-006-01) <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of San Leandro has been presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof and the City Manager <br />recommends approval of the agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby approves the <br />attached Agreement and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any amendments <br />necessary. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this <br />15th day of September, 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />Noes: Non e <br />Absent: Non e <br />Attest: r ~~~t~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />(0) <br />G:\DEPT10ffice of Business Developrnent\Files RDA\Plaza\1040 Davis\reso CC.doc <br />
