~' IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 1 9 8 (2 3 2 3) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATES (ESA), CONSULTANT, FOR MONITORING AND <br />MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF SHORELINE MARSHLANDS <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Environmental Science Associates <br />(ESA), Consultant, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this 15 t h <br />day of September , 2003 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />Noes: None (0 ) <br />Absent: None (0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
