IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- ~ 01 (2 0 9 6 ) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT <br />(CAPER) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 AND AUTHORIZING <br />SUBMISSION THEREOF BY THE CITY MANAGER <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act and <br />amendments, the federal government requires local communities to submit a <br />Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on the progress made on <br />the annual Consolidated Action Plan. <br />The City of San Leandro, as required by the federal Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development, has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a <br />public hearing to obtain the views of citizens on the Consolidated Annual Performance <br />Evaluation Report (CAPER) far fiscal year 2002-2003. <br />A copy of said Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, The Council is familiar with <br />the report. <br />The City Manager recommends execution and submission of said Consolidated <br />Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as attached. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />
