IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 2 ~~ 4 ! 2 3 2 3) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />BKF ENGINEERS RELATING TO THE I-880/DAMS STREET (SR-112) <br />INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENT, AND APPROPRIATION OF DEVELOPIvIENT FEES <br />FOR STREET M'ROVEMENTS (DFSI) FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and BKF Engineers; a copy of which is <br />attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized; and <br />That an appropriation be made from DFSI funds in the amount of 575,000. <br />Introduced by Council Member G 1 a z e and passed and adopted <br />this 6th day of October 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young ~~~ <br />(0) <br />NOES: Non e <br />ABSENT: Non e <br />tfl) <br />' ~~ti~ <br />Attest: V^y~~lLl/~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
