IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 2 0 7 (2 8 61 ) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />(PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PRNATE IMPROVEMENTS) FOR TRACT 7078, <br />CHERRYWOOD, PHASE 1, WESTERLY END OF PERALTA AVENUE, WEST OF SAN <br />LEANDRO BOULEVARD; DEVELOPER: SAN LEANDRO INVESTORS, LLC <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to Subdivision Improvement Agreements (Public Improvements and Private <br />Improvements) between the City of San Leandro and San Leandro Investors, LLC, a California <br />corporation, (subdivider) dated April 17, 2000, and associated plans identified as Tract 7078, <br />certain subdivision improvements work has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
