IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-218 (1022) <br />AND <br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-018 RDA (1485) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT (RPP) AREA <br />ON PACIFIC AVENUE AND EVELETH AVENUE BETWEEN <br />CASTRO STREET AND MARINA BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, to address residents' concern regarding non-resident longterm parking in <br />neighborhood streets, the City Council has approved and adopted the Residential Parking Permit <br />Program and its guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and supported a designation of a <br />Residential Parking Permit area based on staff s evaluation and recommendation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That Pacific and Eveleth Avenues between Castro Street and Marina Boulevard <br />be designated as a Residential Parking Permit area. <br />2. That restricted parking shall be seven days a week, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />3. That the Residential Parking Permit fees shall become effective commencing <br />upon issuance of the permit(s). <br />4. That the Redevelopment Agency pays for the first and second permits of the first <br />year at $60 maximum per household. <br />Introduced by Councilmember/Agency Member Nardine and passed and adopted this <br />20th day of October 2003, by the following called vote: <br />
