IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 221 <br />(2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />FEHR AND PEERS ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING TO THE UPDATE OF THE <br />BIKEWAY PLAN-- BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN MASTER PLAN <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Fehr and Peers Associates, Inc., a <br />copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 3rd day of November 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Nardine <br />(6) <br />(0) <br />(1) <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
