Street Lighting 1"=60' scale master plan for the project area and layouts showing one City block each of the three street lighting alternatives. Deliverable: Ten (10) copies of report and drawings. 2.2 Comment Response Report Contractor shall meet with City, review draft response to comments, and prepare a letter report that will be a compilation of all agency comments with responses cited immediately below each comment. Issue report two weeks after meeting. 2.3 Coordination Meetings Contractor shall attend and prepare minutes of four (4) meetings with City staff. Contractor shall coordinate and meet with Design Team. These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14`~ Street Project. 3.4 Public Meetings Contractor shall prepare presentation material and attend up to four (4) speciaUpublic meetings. Present Design Report and Schematic Design. The City shall provide public notification. Presentation materials include 22" x 34" graphic boards and power point presentation. Contractor shall prepare minutes of the meetings. These meetings are assumed to occur at the same time as meetings for the East 14tH Street/ Davis Street Project. 3.5 Design Management Contractor shall provide overall project management and maintain effective communications with City staff throughout the duration of this phase. Within the first week following contract Notice To Proceed Contractor shall prepare a Project Wank Plan that outlines the Contractor's approach, schedule, and identified deliverables. The Work Plan shall he distributed to the project team and our client representative. The Contractor's project manager shall hold a Design Concept Review meeting. This brainstorming session shall involve the Contractor's project team and in-house constructability specialists, and City staff. The Design Concept Review shall discuss the project approach, identify critical issues, and suggest alternative solutions as appropriate that provide enhanced function or reduced cost. With each monthly invoice, Contractor shall provide a project status report that outlines work completed and budget expenditures.
