IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 225 (1022) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS, INTERSECTIONS, <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />(HARRISON STREET AT CHUlVIALIA STREET, 139TH AVENUE AT LARK STREET, <br />139TH AVENUE AT WAKE AVENUE, 141ST AVENUE AT WAKE AVENUE, <br />AND 143RD AVENUE AT WAKE AVENUE) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section L That the following intersections are designated for placement of stop signs <br />pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br />HARRISON STREET AND CHUMALIA STREET, all vehicles traveling southbound on <br />Harrison Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection of Chumalia <br />Street. <br />139TH AVENUE AND LARK STREET, all vehicles traveling northbound and <br />southbound on 139th Avenue shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the <br />intersection of lark Street. <br />139TH AVENUE AND WAKE AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northbound and <br />southbound on 139th Avenue shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the <br />intersection of Wake Avenue. <br />141ST AVENUE AND WAKE AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northbound and <br />southbound on 141st Avenue shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection <br />of Wake Avenue. <br />
