IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 228 (2096) <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE REGULATORY <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND SURF HOUSING <br />ASSOCIATES, L.P. REGARDING OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE <br />APARTMENT BUILDING LOCATED AT 15320 TROPIC COURT <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro ("City") has been presented with an amendment to <br />the Regulatory Agreement between the City and the Surf Housing Associates, L.P. regarding the <br />occupancy restrictions of an apartment building located at 15320 Tropic Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the Amendment to the Agreement with the <br />City Council and recommends the City Council approve the Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Amendment No. 1 to the Loan <br />Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Surf Housing Associates, L.P. regarding the <br />occupancy restrictions of an apartment building located at 15320 Tropic Court, San Leandro, <br />CA, is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to sign the Amendment <br />No. 1 to the Agreement. <br />Introduced by Council Member G 1 a z e ,passed and adopted <br />this 17th day of November, 2003 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Santos (1) <br />Attest: ~~~~1,~(,~LVI ,~Gl~1~L.~-~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
