IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2003- 230 (2096) <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE REGULATORY <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND LAS PALMAS <br />DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS REGARDING OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS AT THE <br />APARTMENT BUILDING LOCATED AT <br />15370 -15375 TROPIC COURT <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro ("City") has been presented with an amendment to <br />the Loan Agreement between the City and the Las Palmas Development Partners regarding the <br />occupancy restrictions of an apartment building located at 15370 - 15375 Tropic Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the Amendment to the Agreement with the <br />City Council and recommends the City Council approve the Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Amendment No. 1 to the Loan <br />Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Las Palmas Development Partners regarding <br />occupancy restrictions of the apartment building at 15370-15375 Tropic Court, San Leandro, <br />CA, is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to sign the Amendment <br />No. 1 to the Agreement. <br />Introduced by Council Member G 1 a z e ,passed and adopted <br />this 17th day of November, 2003 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Santos (1) <br />Attest: (~ ~/1~-~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
