IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 232 (2332) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR <br />524-526 LEWELLING BOULEVARD, A HOTEL AND SELF-STORAGE FACILITY <br />AT THE CORNER OF LEWELLING BOULEVARD AND EMBERS WAY; <br />DEVELOPER: CUBIX CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a Public Improvement Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Cubix Construction Company, (developer), dated February 19, 2003, and associated plans <br />identified as 524-526 Lewelling Boulevard Public Improvements, certain public improvement <br />work has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />Introduced by Council Member G l a z e <br />and passed and adopted <br />this 17th day of November 2003, by the following called vote: <br />
