That on or about the 7th day of April 2003, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State <br />of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with SAUSAL CORPORATION, 422 WFIITNEY STREET, SAN LEANDRO, CA 94577 <br />(510) 56$-6600, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, WEST ESTUDILLO <br />MUSEUM IMPROVEMENTS, 320-324 WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE, PROJECT NO. <br />02-210-18-118. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 1st day of December 2003. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WEST ESTUDILLO <br />MUSEUM IMPROVEMENTS, 320-324 WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE, PROJECT NO. <br />02-210-18-118 project is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as 320-324 West Estudillo <br />Avenue, San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
