NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />L Exhibit A, Scope of Services shall be amended as follows: <br />Consultant shall perform additional preparation and refinement of the Draft <br />Development Strategy and providing additional assistance to staff to support the <br />Advisory Committee. <br />Work on the additional tasks as listed in Exhibit A-1 will commence immediately <br />after approval of Amendment No. 1 and will continue concurrently with the tasks <br />listed in Exhibit A of the agreement. <br />2. Exhibit B, Payment Schedule, shall be amended as follows: <br />"City shall pay the Contractor an amount not to exceed the total stun of One- <br />hundred, Seventy-four thousand and seven-hundred, eighty dollars ($174,780) for <br />services to be performed with includes reimbursable expenses incurred pursuant <br />to this Agreement." <br />3. Exhibit B-l, (Summary Budget) is amended to allocate the additional fee to the <br />firms on the consultant team. The changes are summarized in Exhibit B-1 which <br />is included as an attachment to this amendment. <br />4.
