IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2003-245 (1022) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS -INTERSECTIONS, <br />TITLE VI CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(WILLIAMS STREET AT ORCHARD AVENUE) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following intersection is designated for placement of stop signs <br />pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br />WILLIAMS STREET AT ORCHARD AVENUE, all vehicles traveling eastbound and <br />westbound on Williams Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the <br />intersection of Orchard Avenue. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 5, §500 of the San <br />Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Glaze and passed and adopted this 15th day of December <br />2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None ~~~ <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens ~1) <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
