remediation or any other tasks required to resolve the result ofunauthorized access to <br />the site during the term of this agreement shall be the sole responsibility of the <br />PERMITTEE and shall be completed at no cost to the DISTRICT. <br />d. Soil placement is allowed only on business days, Monday through Friday, between <br />the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. <br />e. PERMITTEE is required to strip existing vegetation in fill areas, place, grade, <br />compact through track roll and rough grade the soil fill to drain in conformance with <br />the grading plans provided by the DISTRICT and as staked in the field by the <br />DISTRICT. At the end of the term of the agreement or the first rains of the winter <br />season, whichever comes first, the PERMITTEE shall have the entire area which has <br />received fill graded to drain and ready to receive hydro-seeding by the DISTRICT. <br />f. PERMITTEE may store its equipment and materials directly related to its work at the <br />Fill Site, on the site, at its own risk. PERMITTEE shall be responsible for the <br />removaUtowing of its equipment should it break down or become stuck at the Fill <br />Site, at no cost to the DISTRICT. <br />g. PERMITTEE shall complywith all federal, state and local laws, regulations, statutes <br />and ordinances concerning depositing soil at the Fill Site. <br />8. This Agreement is not assignable. <br />9. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. This Agreement <br />contains all of the agreements and understandings of the parties pertaining to the subject <br />matter contained herein and supercedes all prior, contemporaneous agreements, <br />representations and understandings of the parties.
