<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of the
<br />lands described in the deed from J. C. Faustino to Oakland Scavenger Company, a corporation, recorded
<br />March 26, 1937 in Book 3444 at Page 413, Official Records of Alameda County, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the city monument stamped "DAV-DOO" in Davis Street at the intersection with Doolittle
<br />Drive, from which a city monument in Davis Street lies South 69°35'18" West a distance of 2004.27 feet,
<br />said monument line being the Basis of Bearings for this description; thence departing said monument "DAV-
<br />DOO", along said monument line, South 69°35'18" West a distance of 1434.51 feet to the intersection
<br />thereof with the northwesterly prolongation of the northeasterly line of said Oakland Scavenger parcel (Book
<br />3444 Page 413 O.R.); thence southeasterly along the last said prolongation, South 20°30'00" East a
<br />distance of 25.00 feet to the most northerly corner said Oakland Scavenger parcel (Book 3444 Page 413
<br />O.R.); said corner is also the most northerly corner of the parcel described as Parcel 1 in the grant deed
<br />from Oakland Scavenger Company, Inc., a corporation, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation,
<br />recorded January 13, 1981 as Series Number 81-006085, Official Records of Alameda County, which deed
<br />was recorded together with that certain document entitled "City of San Leandro Standard Public
<br />Improvement Agreement, Westerly Terminus of Davis Street"; thence along the northeasterly line of said
<br />Oakland Scavenger parcel (Book 3444 Page 413 O.R.), South 20°30'00" East a distance of 20.00 feet to a
<br />point on the southeasterly line of Davis Street, which lies southeasterly 45.00 feet, measured at right angles,
<br />from the monument line of Davis Street; thence along the southeasterly fine of Davis Street South 69°35'18"
<br />West a distance 40.33 feet to the point described as the True Point of Beginning of Parcel 3 in the grant
<br />deed from Oakland Scavenger Company, Inc., a corporation, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal
<br />corporation, recorded December 7, 1982 as Series Number 82-185864, Official Records of Alameda
<br />County; thence continuing along said southeasterly line of Davis Street, South 69°35'18" West a distance
<br />14.30 feet; thence along anon-tangent curve to the right, the center point of which bears South 15°52'25"
<br />West, having radius 33.50 feet, through a central angle of 5°02'12", an arc distance of 2.94 feet to the True
<br />Point of Beginning for this description.
<br />Thence continuing along the last curve, through a central angle of 48°35'23", an arc distance of 28.41 feet;
<br />thence South 20°30'00" East a distance of 128.18 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the right, having
<br />radius 69.50 feet, through a central angle of 31 °48'08", an arc distance of 38.58 feet; thence South
<br />11°18'08" West a distance of 67.63 feet to a point on the boundary of said Parcel 3 (Series Number 82-
<br />185864); thence along the boundary of said Parcel 3 the following three (3) courses:
<br />along anon-tangent curve to the left, the center point of which bears South 71°52'31" West, having
<br />radius 1500.00 feet, through a central angle of 0°34'23", an arc length of 15.00 feet;
