<br />Commencing at the city monument stamped "DAV-DOO" in Davis Street at the intersection with Doolittle
<br />Drive, from which a city monument in Davis Street lies South 69°35'18" West a distance of 2004.27 feet,
<br />said monument line being the Basis of Bearings for this description; thence departing said monument "DAV-
<br />D00", along said monument line, South 69°35'18" West a distance of 1434.51 feet to the intersection
<br />thereof with the northwesterly prolongation of the northeasterly line of said Oakland Scavenger parcel (Book
<br />3444 Page 413 O.R.); thence southeasterly along the last said prolongation, South 20°30'00" East a
<br />distance of 25.OD feet to the most northerly corner said Oakland Scavenger parcel (Book 3444 Page 413
<br />O.R.); said corner is also the most northerly corner of the parcel described as Parcel 1 in the grant deed
