Permanent Treatment BMP Measures conforming to Caltrans requirements are excluded from this Scope. It is assumed that there are no structural elements as part of the project with the exception of a new Retaining Wall and reconstructed Sound Wall. Private property restoration work is not included in the scope of work. Project Scope excludes the design of Overhead Sign Structures . Project Scope does not include structural calculations for Traffic Signals.
