Task 1.3 -Community Meetings <br />Contractor shall attend Community meetings with the City. Contractor shall attend four <br />(4) community/business meetings to support City in establishing community concerns <br />and presenting project elements. The City will determine the meeting times and venue.. <br />Contractor shall prepare and distribute meeting minutes to meeting participants. <br />Task 1.~4 -Monthly Progress Reporting <br />Contractor shall prepare monthly progress reports in accordance with ACTIA <br />requirements. For each monthly report, Contractor shall prepare a brief Project status <br />report summarizing the work accomplished, the status of work in progress, an updated <br />project schedule, and any foreseeable problems with meeting the schedule or budget. <br />Progress Reports shall be delivered to the City by the second Tuesday of each month for <br />the duration of the Agreement. The Contractor's monthly Progress Report will be <br />included in the City's Progress Report issued to ACTIA on a monthly basis. The details <br />of the City's reporting requirements and a sample of the Project Progress Report form to <br />be submitted by the City is included in Appendix A for the Contractor's reference. <br />Task 1.5 -Project Coordination <br />Contractor shall coordinate the design process with the appropriate local, regional, state, <br />and/or federal jurisdictions, impacted by the Project, other City designated consultants <br />associated with Project and the Project team throughout the Project. Copies of all <br />correspondence to external parties shall be distributed to City. <br />Task 1.6 -Design Development <br />Contractor shall supervise and monitor the design development of the Project team <br />throughout the Project. <br />Task 1 Deliverables <br />• Project Schedule and Budget <br />• Monthly Progress Reports <br />• Project meeting minutes <br />• Copies of all correspondence with the Project team and all external parties <br />Task 2: Preliminary Investigations /Data Collection <br />Contractor shall gather survey data, collect and review available record drawings of <br />Project Area. Contractor shall prepare a Geotechnical Design Report. <br />Task 2.1 -Data Collection and Review <br />Contractor shall collect and review available reports, design drawings, and record <br />drawings for the Project.
