MASKER, INC., as contractor, for a certain work of <br />improvement: To wit, SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC <br />RETROFIT, RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION, PACKAGE 22, PAINT AND WALL <br />COVERINGS, PROJECT N0.98-215-28-115, of which said City is owner, in fee. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 4th day of February 2002. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
