That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Colonial American Casualty and Surety Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 19th day of February 2002. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
