IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 25 (2332) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />(PARCEL MAP 7677) WITH CUBIX CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR <br />524-526 LEWELLING BOULEVARD, HOTEL AND SELF-STORAGE PROJECT, AT <br />THE CORNER OF LEWELLING BOULEVARD AND EMBERS WAY; <br />DEVELOPER: CUBIX CONSTRUCTION COMPANY; OWNER: STANLEY BOERSMA <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Cubix Construction Company, <br />providing for the installation of a right turn lane, storm drain, new streetlight, new curb, <br />gutter, sidewalk and relocation of the traffic signal at the intersection of Lewelling Boulevard <br />and Embers Way by September 20, 2002, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to <br />this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />19th day of February 2002, by the following called vote: <br />
