<br />§ 6.4,100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative
<br />Code (SLAG) or the general laws of the State of California.

<br />(2) Quantity Range 1 Less than or equal to S00 paunds, 55 gallons, or 2, 000 cubic feet at STP.
<br />Quantity Range 2 Greater than 500 pounds, 55 gallons, or 2, 000 cubic feet at STP, but less than or equal to 5, 000 pounds, 550 gallons or 20, D00 cubic feet at STP, respectively.
<br />Quantity Range 3 Greater than S, 000 pounds, S50 gallons, or 20, 000 cubic feet at STP, but less than or equal to 50, 000 pounds, 5, 500 gallons or 200, 000 cubic feet at STP,
<br />respectively.
<br />Quantity Range 4 Greater than 50, 000 pounds, 5, 500 gallons, or 200, 000 cubic feet at STP, but less than or equal to 500, 000 pounds, 55, 000 gallons, or 2, 000, 000 cubic feet at STP,

<br />Quantity Range S Greater than 500, 000 pounds, 55, 000 gallons, or 2, 000, D00 cubic feet at STP.
<br />(3) Includes plan review, field inspections, and permit processing. Time for inspections is two hours for the first tank and one hour each additional tank. Additional inspections will be
<br />charged at $96.00/hr.
