<br />13. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. Consultant shall comply with all laws <br />applicable to the performance of the work hereunder, including, but not limited to, laws <br />prohibiting discrimination based on race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, <br />physical handicap, medical condition, marital status or sex. <br />14. USE_OF RECYCLED P20DUCTS. Consultants shall prepare and submit all reports, <br />written shidies and other printed material un recycled paper to the extent it is avai]able at <br />edual or Iess cost than virgin paper. <br />15. PROFESSInNAL SEAL. Where applicable in the determination of the contract <br />administrator, the first page of a technical report, tirst page of design specifications, and <br />each page of construction drawings shall be stamped/scaled and signed by the licensed <br />professional responsible t~~r the repot( design E~rcparaUon.
